History
-------

Some of you may know that Paul Rebuffat created an excellent series of Me109s for CFS2. With a little effort, they would also work in FS2002. Unfortunately they would not work properly in FS2004.

Thanks to Paul Strany, and with Paul Rebuffat's permission, we (David Hanvey and Paul Barry) have started to revise and update the 'old' models for FS2004. The major change is to create a new model in FSDS V2. Only in this way will the animations work in FS2004. We have also made a number of small improvements, but we have tried to retain Paul Rebuffat's basic style. One advantage of this approach is that the many 'older' liveries produced by a number of great artists for CFS2 will work with our updates for FS2004.

We have also included new flight dynamics, specifically for FS2004 by AirWrench.

The original liveries in this set are by Alessandro Biagi. The panel bmp is by Claudio Di Lullo.

So the product that you get here is not leading edge (by today's standards) but is a pretty decent freeware 109! We hope that you enjoy it.

This aircraft has been used and tested in FS2004 only.

Installation
------------

For automatic installation, unzip to your main FS2004 directory.

To manually install (PREFERABLE), unzip first to a temporary directory. Then copy the folder
PRMe109G10 (found in the Aircraft directory) to your main aircraft directory in FS2004.

Copy and paste the contents of the Effects folder into your main FS2004 effects folder.

Finally, copy and paste the contents of the gauges folder into your main FS2004 gauges folder.

If you are asked to overwrite any files then just say no!

Now just load up FS and fly!
